Discover why pet owners across Dallas/Fort Worth rely on our hometown heroes for compassionate, 24/7 care.
"Highly commendable staff. They took good care of our boy Copper to make him feel comfortable before euthanizing him. Dr. Jessica Parker and Vet Tech Trinity were very professional and compassionate. It’s always hard to lose a fur family member, but they made it easier and more bearable for Copper’s human family. Dr. Parker agreed to euthanize Copper in their backyard so my wife, daughter and myself could be by Copper’s side when he crossed the rainbow. Mind you, this transpired at 4:00am. I highly recommend this pet hospital."
"Could not be more grateful for their services! Our Yorkie was bitten by a baby rattlesnake and without the help of this hospital he probably would not be with us today! They even called us throughout the night to give us updates until he was in the clear! Highly recommend!"
"I used their services when my dog Tbone went into distress late at night. They answered their phone on the first ring and were helpful and talked my family through choking procedures and dog CPR over the phone. And when we showed up at their clinic, they were so, so kind. The receptionist was amazing. She met us promptly outside and hoisted my heavy lab up like he was a feather and rushed him inside. They were knowledgeable and so understanding. Their smiles they showed made me feel better through my tears. And as much as us pet owners don’t want to admit it, the price of these things add to the stress. Their charges were VERY fair and affordable. My dog Tbone did not make it, but they helped me make a very difficult decision without adding any guilt. I highly recommend them. My mind even kept going back to their staff’s kind voices and smiles, the next day through my tears."
"I highly recommend this facility. Dr John made the death of our dog Jake as painless as possible for us. The staff were professional and treated us with outstanding respect. They treated us like family. We will always be thankful."
"Having to let our sick fur baby go was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done, but I wouldn’t have wanted to do it anywhere else. The staff here was kind, compassionate, and patient as we made this tough decision. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and let us stay with her until the end. We decided on cremation and within a week they had our girl’s ashes ready in a beautiful wooden box. We also received a clay mold of her paw print and a lock of her hair. I can’t say enough good things about this hospital and it’s staff."
